Pope Francis, who led the Catholic Church with humility and simplicity since 2013, passed away on 21st April 2025 (Easter Monday) at the age of 88. His papacy was marked by tireless efforts to foster peace, dialogue among faiths, care for the poor, and environmental responsibility. His death brought sorrow to millions worldwide, including the faithful of Anthonykatte parish, who cherished his inspiring leadership.
